How long will the drawing take?

If I am up to date on orders the turn around time can be as early as 24-hours later (not including shipping time if required) but typically it is within a week. When the order is requested I can advise of the approximate wait time and I will start as soon as payment has been received.

What kind of photos should I email?
​
The better quality the photo the better your drawing will be. I often receive images that are screen shots off of cellphones. Please email me the originals if you have (even if taken on your phone) as screen shots/edited photos reduce image quality and create blur when I zoom in to view details as I draw. Unedited/cropped is best. If you think your photo may be too dark just ask and I can let you know--I can often edit images myself and make them clearer to use.

When do I pay and how do I go about payment?

Payment is required before I start the drawing. If you disagree with this, I can accept a 1/2 deposit of the total (nonrefundable) in order for me to begin. The remainder will be requested at completion/prior to mailing.

If you are within the USA or have Paypal you can send payment to lana.larouche@gmail.com or I can send a Paypal payment request to your email. If you are within Canada please send an e-transfer of our discussed price to lana.larouche@gmail.com and for ease please create the e-transfer acceptance password as: Drawing

What size are the drawings? Can you do smaller/larger?
​
I typically work with 8x10" or 11x14" sizing. If you wish for smaller I can trim down/centre your image or if you want larger arrangements can be made as shipping may differ and I will go out to buy individual paper for it. I also work on a light grey tonal paper as I find it really helps to bring out the highlights and bring image the image to life. Just let me know if you have any preferences in mind.
